Billing & Subscription Help

Manage your account, subscription, billing details, and payment preferences from this page.

Subscription Access

Your subscription gives you access to the features included with your selected plan. Some features may vary by plan, account status, usage limits, or availability.

If your subscription is active, your account will continue to have access to the plan features shown at checkout or inside your account area.

Payment Methods

We may support one or more payment methods, including PayPal, Cash App, crypto/WOTA-related payment options, or other approved payment methods shown at checkout.

Only enter the payment information requested on the official checkout or billing page. Do not enter passwords, PINs, seed phrases, private keys, bank logins, or wallet recovery phrases anywhere on this site.

PayPal Subscriptions

If you subscribed through PayPal, your subscription may be managed through PayPal and/or your account billing page.

To update, cancel, or review PayPal billing activity, you may need to use your PayPal account dashboard in addition to this site’s billing page.

Cash App Payments

If Cash App is available as a payment option, enter only the requested Cash App payment handle or payment details.

Do not enter your Cash App password, PIN, bank login, seed phrase, private key, or wallet recovery phrase.

Cash App availability may vary by region, account status, payment review, and supported checkout options.

WOTA / Digital Asset Payments

If WOTA or another digital asset payment option is available, make sure you enter only your public wallet address or approved payment information.

Never enter a seed phrase, private key, wallet password, or recovery phrase.

Digital asset transactions may require network confirmation and may not be reversible once submitted.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription from your account billing area or through the payment provider used at checkout.

Cancellation stops future billing where supported, but it does not automatically remove past billing records, invoices, account activity, usage history, reseller attribution, or payment logs that may be needed for accounting, fraud prevention, compliance, or support.

Account Review

Billing activity, subscriptions, payment attempts, reseller attribution, WOTA-related activity, Cash App payments, PayPal payments, and digital asset payments may be reviewed for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, accounting, and compliance.

We may limit, suspend, or review account access if payment activity appears unauthorized, abusive, fraudulent, disputed, reversed, incomplete, or inconsistent with the service terms.

Reseller, Referral, and Reward Activity

If your account is connected to a reseller, referral, or reward program, related tracking may be recorded for attribution, accounting, and administrative review.

Subscriber billing and reseller payout administration are handled separately. Reseller payouts, referral credits, WOTA rewards, commissions, and related administrative records do not change your normal subscription access unless otherwise stated in your account terms.
